At the end, what do they mean by the next chapter will conclude the kadae arc?
End of Kaede’s arc? Does that means it will move on to explore other characters’ problem or the final chapter of this manga?
Could just mean the situation involving her feelings about his trauma coming to an end. It doesn't mean she is going to be out of the picture. I would like them to get back together, and maybe the next arc will be about developing their relationship even more, or maybe he will help the shop keeper somehow (though she seems comfortable with who she is) or maybe involving the gal dealing with her past trauma as well, since she said she was a victim as well. Who knows? But I can't wait for next chapter to find out what happens to these two.

I didnt expect that person at the end of the previous chapter to be THAT SENSEI. Haha.... I hope the relationship between kaede and tsubasa gets better.

What the fuck was that, I don't understand why people are praising this chapter.

Random sensei appears,
sensei used stab,
Tsubasa used protect,
Tsubasa protected Kaede,
But also took a critical hit.

Tsubasa now understand Kaede's emotional pain by just one physical stab. Wtf. Imo author just fucked this all progression of 33 chapters in just one chapter.
yeah this, I was thinking the same... It was good developing story from start, then this chapter happened to end it all. I just wanted experience this feeling when reading this manga, particularly on the relationship between kaede and tsubasa.

Yeah count me on the side that thinks this went way too crazy, way too fast. If this got axed then I suspect the author wanted someway to make sure Tsubasa felt punished enough before making her endgame. Combine that with the fact that readers have wondered when the teacher was coming back (or at least they were here) and the thought process becomes clear.

The thing is even IF this is ending I don't think you had to do this. Tsubasa's been getting flogged for the last several chapters and they made up.

So when I first read this, it felt kind of rushed. But then I reread it at a slower pace and I think it fits. Like another comment said, this stuff can just happen out of no where. It doesn't have to be some long thought-out planned thing, and it can really just come out of no where.

It looks like the teacher carries a folding knife around with her, and she's probably become a very resentful and vengeful person. She saw Kaede by chance and just...went for it out of rage.

I don't think Kaede and Tsubasa are exactly "made-up" and all is forgiven now. Tsubasa understands to an extent the terrible things she said, and meeting the teacher and hearing what she said may have helped more. But I wouldn't say she completely understands yet. Obviously Kaede wouldn't want someone to get hurt because of him or to understand him better. He probably thought he'd never see the teacher again.

Anyways that's just my two cents. I feel like it's better digested if you read the chapter slowly.

Okay not in a million years could I have guessed that's what would happen. What the hell.

It's...okay I guess. Once again the writing surprises me a bit by being at least slightly grounded even if the development is a bit absurd, with Tsubasa's reaction being particularly well done.

But wow that was completely unexpected.

If by end of Kaede's they mean new MC that's not where I thought the story was going at all

Really reaching bro, ngl "Just read the chapter sooper dooper slowly and it won't feel like the desperate scamper to end of an axed manga you've seen 109 times"

I have truly loved this series and its emotional rollercoaster, however this chapter just felt rushed over all; let's hope the finally chapters wrap things up nicely.
Thanks everyone over at Tanzanite Scans for the translation
