What is that face at the end that Tsubasa has? Is she still disgusted by Kaede? Or is she now fearful and perhaps having some sort of ptsd after she nearly got stabbed? How can the story end there? I feel like Tsubasa had potential for more growth as a character especially after she protected Kaede. Not that I was expecting them to get back together, but I feel like ending the story here is a little premature and abrupt. Also wanted to see more of Rio-san and her backstory.

She is also hurt now, she understands his pain if only a little. They are both scarred, and kaede is dealing with it better now, shown by him not getting into a fetal position after bumping into a woman. They are both changed and better now. She is accepting and he is healing. Sure it felt a little abrupt but i wouldnt say its unsatisfying or bad.
