This is just the sitcom plot of creating clones of yourself so that you can do two things at once. Except here he just went “you be the family man, you be the writer. Aight imma kill myself, good luck dealing with my mess”

At some point I think we might’ve jumped the shark, but I’m not sure when

Holy shit. Well I assume Yellow Keeper is the Artist and the one who's staying in the dream is the Family Man.

Still leaving a 10 year clone of yourself to do either role is completely insane and short sighted which he was in spades unfortunately.

How the fuck do you go from scriptwriting to building a divine dragon energy clone incubator? Using his plot device making skills?
Divine Dragons gave him the skills i guess?

But yeah, guy wasn't a scientist and suddenly just makes a clone incubator, and i don't think his wife was hinted to be a super genius either.

that probably true, we saw that they could talk to the divine dragon, so he probably just provided the materials and hands.
was not expecting this turn of events.

Literally came here to type this… if dude had enough technical skill to build a fucking cloning device then why the hell was he struggling writing tokusatsu for a living :thonk::questionblob::notlikethis::wtf::question:

Edit because ppl think im saying that being good at one should make him good at the other:

Einstein was a great physicist, doesn’t mean he’d be a great playwright.
No, I meant why was he wasting his time and his talent writing tv shows instead applying himself in something better suited this engineering / scientific skill (that has come out of nowhere)
