So the sociopath one was definitely genetically engineered to have the smarts on top of the drive, right? 'cause he did all of that in the span of three years.

Speaking of which, there is zero chance there isn't some bigger bad guy in the wings who's been supplying the resources for all of this. It doesn't come outta thin air, a ten year old isn't gonna figure out how to make an island base in less than three years. Given the series is generally pretty thorough about explaining what comes from where, there's gotta be an explanation for this.

Probably a deconstruction of the whole "Ranger secret base thing".

....Which means there invariably needs to be some twisted representation of the "extremely powerful benefactor who for some reason cannot personally enact their goals" ala Zarbon.

Idk how he's gonna fix the story, the fact that its based on failed script writer who suddenly became a mega genius scientist is the stupidest backstory for the invaders and rangers.

Oh and he cloned himself right before suiciding! Oh and one is completely useless while the other is also a giga genius assassin (who managed to kill all of the priestesses barehanded even though they have actual godlike powers)!

Removed this from my bookmarks so I dont have to read anymore of this crap.

Wonder if the Akabanes that disintegrated condensated into footsoldiers...

1) That's what I was thinking. Most importantly, it is said "reject" for a reason like the name of this manga Ranger Reject. But to think our MC is coming from an Akabane clone would be crazy.
2) IDK why some of these comments are complaining about the sudden progress of evil Shinya clone. Like, he literally seized an extraordinary power that we saw what it's capable of before. Those executives' powers are derived from the Divine Dragons and one of them had the f@cking power to create an alternate reality! What are you questioning guys?

Someone seems to have forgotten that neither of the priestesses knew anything about the clone. They probably got surprised and confused to see a little kid very similar to Kiritani, whom they grew to actually respect and love as family, thus lowering their guards around him. Most certainly he killed them one by one, luring them individually and exploiting the moment of weakness when they got shocked by seeing their sister/s dead, just before they could assimilate and react. As godlike as their powers were, they were still human with emotions and mortal bodies.

I really enjoy this series, but ... I'm really disliking this entire arc. It's inane, I'd even have more closely accepted they were military experiments that took over the military. But this? No thanks. I'm kind of thinking I might just put this series on hold or a few months or a year, and pick it back up.

It even made more sense with the Invaders being ACTUAL invaders, than some failed script writer creating them with magic science that he just mastered.

maybe the attack type invaders that xx's was part of are remnants of the human dragonization project trying to use akabane, while death messiah is the dragonization attempt good guy kiratani made to do good and bring back his son, since the evil one can't destroy it since it's both their son and the closest human dragonization so they are split into our islands buffoons, with D being either the id, the ego, or the superego of their collective soul

So I can forgive the guy making the clones in his basement with divine dragon magic, but how is he now hiring real people, as a ten year old, to work for him? Where is the funding coming from? How is he keeping this all under wraps? He created an island and this didn't draw any attention? If this was after the invaders made their debut, with the rangers serving as a front, that would be one thing. But he's somehow managed to hire people to create monsters to "conquer the earth".

Its parodying Sentai. It was never going to have a tight and detailed explanation of its own universe. There's a million other manga that are super narratively tight and detailed but they mostly have DOGSHIT characterization and character exploration, which is why you will be back because this manga still dumpsters the vast majority of what gets uploaded to this website.
