So LN has a sequel? Wonder if that's going to get a manga too.

Not exactly a sequel, just that the LN author at this point in the series said that volume 5 is the end of the first part of the story, and volumes 6&7 are the beginning of the second. The manga's stopping point is a really good place to stop and leaves readers content, so it makes sense to stop there while waiting until LNs are released.

There hasn't been a new novel on over 2 years, so it could be that because there hasn't been a volume in so long that the manga will stop until the author regularly releases more volumes.
