I'm with you there @Qelix, I wouldn't be so bothered by the characters if there was some legit progression(learning from past mistakes and moving up in the world), but no, just like Konosuba all of them are eternally pathetic cockroaches, only in this, the characters are less honest in their portrayal.
Not that I don't love Konosuba for what it is, just seems like the author has only written stories where the characters have a certain station in life and it never evolves.

@TTX The same things happen but... It felt more expressive to me. Maybe because I already knew what was about to happen while reading the manga, well, see for yourself:

While my lips were spewing out curses, something soft gently pressed on them.
Snow used her own lips to take mine.
Her face reddened while I still couldn’t move or talk.
「I’m sorry, I hope you can forgive me… with this for now…」
She said that to me while I was still unable to say anything because of the sudden development.
「I don’t particularly hate the fact that you… that you like me… Even when you said that you wanted to make love to me, if I were to say I wasn’t happy, it’d be a lie… But right now, I still don’t really know whether I like or dislike you. However…」
While Snow’s pale skin became hotter,
「I don’t dislike you as much as when I first met you. I don’t really know right now… But from now on, I’m going to give more thoughts about you…」
She put on a gentle smile.

After hearing that, Snow looked like she couldn’t understand what I was saying.

「That’s only because I like your face and body. What I meant was to do it once with no strings attached. Don’t make me say it, it’s embarrassing. More importantly, I would never go out with someone like you that has a temper problem. You’re easily angered and once that happens you start swinging that sword around violently. On top of your greed for success, you’re just as greedy for money. Just what about you would I like? Also, you just tried to get away from this with just a kiss…」
Once I said that much, I suddenly realized what was happening.
「Haaah… Aaaahh… Aaaaahhhhh…」
Snow’s face became bright red and her eyes were brimming with tears. She was inhaling slowly.
It was as if she was gathering something.
She looked like a kid that was about to cry a river and release all her pent up emotions.
Snow’s trembling hand started reaching for the sword on her waist.
「…Calm down, let’s talk. So, I can’t move right now, you know? If you try to cut me down, I’ll really die, you know?」
「Haaaah… Aaaaaaahhh… Aaaaahhhhhhh…」
Snow, after hearing what I said, should know what would happen if she released her pent up anger. As if she was trying to contain it, her body was trembling all over.
But slowly, very slowly, her hand came closer and closer to the handle of the sword…
「Please restrain yourself, Snow. I was in the wrong as well. I said too much. But, if you kill me after making me work so hard, it’ll leave a bitter aftertaste in your mouth, you know? Alright, you’re someone with a lot of patience! Someone that can do it if she tries! Exhale slowly, and calmly start counting prime numbers.」
「O-one… Three… F-Five… Se-se-se-seven……」
{The cooldown period has now ended. You may now use the battle suit’s functions.}
As I was running away with all I had, Snow chased me while crying.
「Uuuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!」
While listening to Snow’s shouting that sounded like she was crying,
For the sake of escaping the berserker that was closing in,
「Limiter release! Limiter release-!!」
I started shouting at the top of my lungs— — —

This was such a good vol. 1 and start to a series though idk if it can be a long running series i mean whats gonna happen when the portal is rdy and all sorts of things can pass through ?
They bullshit us with the point dilemma but how long can they keep that up?
What an awesome picture, i do really like all the main cast quite a lot Rose and Grimm are great.
Some people complain cuz theres no character development but all this guys already are who they are theyre all scum theyve already been through a lot and their personality is already molded why you expecting them to change? Well i do think Alice has room for growth maybe? She was just recently created and all but shes probably the most normal one in the party and the most level-headed one, well theyre also all walking parodies with very weird complexes.
Do wonder if no. 6 will get his harem? Snow is not bad at all a slightly? More competent? Aqua, well i like her more then Aqua personally.
The author actually makes some sort of progress with the tsundere revealing her feelings so soon? God damn thank you so miracles do happen usually thatd either happen until the very end of the series

I just realize the hero and the demon king were sent to earth. Thought they are still somewhere on that planet
Interesting! The Hero and the Demon General are now Combatants. This is definitely gonna mess with things - not just this world's whole prophecy but also with when the larger army actually manages to invade soon.
Both the tsunderes reveal their feelings as well, Snow and Azaroth clearly like him. I do wonder what the latter sees in him, since she doesnt seem to really treat him well (perhaps she's tough on him because she likes him and doesn't want to show too much affection to seem biased) I like a few of these characters, though I do prefer everyone who isn't a tsundere. Wish other characters besides Snow got more screentime. Snow herself is alright - her and No. 6's dynamic works because No. 6 does legit deserve what's coming.
I think I prefer KonoSuba over this, since with KonoSuba, there's a greater sense of comraderie that really helps me to enjoy their antics no matter how flawed each of them are. I dont get that with this yet, though there have been a few moments, one with No. 6 and each of the main girls. I still like both of them, each have their own merits.

I think Konasuba has better characters and has the potential to last longer seeing how Kazu and co. have no chance of killing the demon lord. I also think the characters are better in Konasuba, but no. 6 and Snow + Heine are really enjoyable to watch. I'm not a fan of wheelchair or chimera girl Megumin beats them both alone to me.

While No. 6 and co. are actually strong people with fewer drawbacks on their abilities, Kazuma and co. take down their enemies with a huge huge pile of luck thanks to Kazuma himself.
I find both series to be satisfying in their own unique ways while both being comedic
