I mean, you can kill someone out of "love" so it really doesn't count as "hostility". (like "priests" in isekai killing people out of pity and love) so I think Shirukyi will be able to have someone else kill the yakuza leader or she will kill him without having hostility by seeking redemption of killing an evil person.

How the fk are you a "goddess" and make such bad decisions? Wanna kill them? Kill them. Oh you can't? You don't want to make MC op so he doesn't rampage? Them why don't you just give him a instant kill with like 12 uses, or that targets a list directly, or just make him OP for like a month or such and just don't tell him he dies after that month.
