Series recommendation request

The newly added "Recommendations" seem to be formula based.
Is there a way to manually request a series to be added ?
Maybe even with community voting (Comick had this - site closed 2025-09-16, but "clones" have appeared).
Maybe mark such entries for ease/identity type (automatic/system vs manual).

Recommended titles are based on the tags a series has and are generated once a day. Which is why some new titles didn't have them.
