I don't really like the idea of an anime for this. It'd have to be one of those with like, 3 minute episodes, or one with 5-minute episodes but two chapters per episode. It's just too inactive a manga to warrant a full-length episode.

@skine my issue is that each chapter contains very little content, so a full-length episode would have to contain multiple chapters, especially near the start of the series. There are some chapters that make up an arc, but each chapter has its own climaxes, and translating that to 22 minutes would still feel like multiple mini-episodes. If anything, it'd have to be a lot more like Azumanga Daioh, which had multiple chapters make up each episode.
