@magicchicken I feel like they nailed her perfectly. She's cute 90% of the time, then suddenly rages with spunky punk attitude... and her growls are just feminine enough to sound like an adorable little brat.

Man, I did not imagine I'd enjoy this one this much. It's a perfect combination of artwork (I enjoy the clean lines that are used most of the time), comedy and setting. It's also nice to not have a weak, spineless male protagonist for once, one who does not timidly roll over for every female that crosses his path. His deadpan delivery and blatant solutions for their daily encounters is perfect. And it's absolutely fantastic how he makes no difference between the male students (who are just animals in an uniform) and female (who are cute antromorphic versions of their animal form - no, it's never explained why), treating them as beasts.

I'm not that far into the story yet, but I'm kinda hoping that it doesn't drag on too long - I don't feel like this a story that needs 30+ volumes to be told. I'd rather have a shorter story without the usual tropes (Beach holiday, tournament of some sort, ~mysterious transfer student~, et cetera).

you can blame all of this on the crappy manga boruto , aka boru-tar* .

boru-tar* 's american copyright-holders contacted their lawyers , and they sent a law-suit to mangadex , so mangadex had to move their site .

b / or maybe the reason is mangadex wants to cut all ties with r@peman , the translator of the 1st 34 chapters .

Piss off. RapeMan is a national treasure. I appreciated his jokes, even if some did offend me. Now we're missing the first 34 chapters. He was doing scanlation pro bono, and solo. MangaDex was ENTIRELY in the wrong for what they did to him.

r@peman can have my thanks for translating some chapters of seton school , but no thanks for the infamous , annoying , r*pe , political , edgy , r@cist , $exist , hateful jokes ( they are just jokes , not viral memes because no one wants to spread them on the internet , lol . maybe r@peman is the only one who laughs at his own jokes , lol . )

and mangadex didnt kick r@peman out , he was angry and left by himself , and he deleted all the chapters by himself . he was triggered because no one likes his triggering jokes ( the irony , lol ) .

even the japanese publishers of murenase sent him law-suits for his edgy jokes so he stopped translating murenase .

he should keep his twisted views to himself only , instead of spreading them around to little boys and girls , and he stuffs edgy jokes inside comedy , fluffy , slice-of-life , cute , romance manga chapters .

he is not the owner of mangadex , so if he doesnt want to follow the rules , he is free to leave .

instead of deleting only 1 credit page with the edgy joke and everyone would be happy , he deleted everything and acted like a brat and took his jokes with him back home :

He shouldn't have to delete the credits page. Far more offensive things get posted daily here than Rapeman's edgy jokes. Like literal porn. Not to mention all other sorts of atrocious things that happen in manga, from rape, murder, genocide, child rape, blackmailing, torture, disembowelment, dismemberment, decapitation, fountains of blood, etc.

One Punch Man is more offensive than Rapeman at times. Garou straight up tears a dude's arm off, and dices another guy into little chunks of flesh.

I should say, though, that the most offensive thing I've seen from Rapeman is his distaste for Dragon Ball. That's inexcusable.
