I still don't get what this manga plot is...

Mostly criticism of today's world, where women can get out of any situation scot-free or get a lot lesser punishments than deserved.

It's like a revenge story of what happens when evil people get what they deserve.

As much as the girl is annoying, PLEASE don't hit or attempted to strangle her, mostly because it makes you look like the bad guy. It's sad, but it's the reality of today's world, just ignore her.

If I was him, I would use a witty comeback, or just roast her.

Whaaaaat using physical violence against someone who couldn't even dream of being able to win in a fight against you makes you look like a bad guy? Who would have thought, how about you go and say hitting the elderly is wrong as well, in case someone doesn't realize that.
