@criver idk exactly how it works but on Japan there are high school entrance exams and university entrance exams. Since a lot of the better schools are private, many of them are sponsored by companies so it's expected that some students go work there. Maybe that's one of the reasons for black companies. I'm probably wrong and maybe someone can correct me.
