Weird how the previous chapter holds no weight plot-wise since we're back in the usual slice-of-life stuff. Kinda hoped it got cut out by the editor if it wasn't that important.

By her reactions, I'm really starting to wonder how shitty her parents were...

What kind of working condition is this :( keep it up for several months and you may die from overworking.

@everyone mentioning ero-manga every single chapter: Make sure you have R18 enabled in settings then, click on the artists name on the series page.

(EDIT: Sorry user who's name is actually 'everyone'...)

He's got a terrible company... He should really start looking for another job so he can quit this one.

So she thinks of him as "-kun" when he isnt around, huh...

@Varler he is working in a so called "dark company", where they dont have enough staff to save money on salaries and make their workers slave themselves.
Problem with Japan is that leaving your company is frowned upon. Your loyalty to your company must be total, even if the overwork you. Its a different story if some other company scouts you, but if you leave your company to search for a better one you will be seen as someone not loyal and it will be hard to get a contract.
Also, in Japan the hierarchy in a company is strongly based on seniority, so no matter how much experince you have, if you start in a new company you are gonna begin from the bottom.
