So, there are Japanese in my family, and surprisingly, it's actually kind of an issue.

When you're so used to eating in a specific way, the use of more occidental cuttelry can actually be a learning curve, because you basically have to unlearn what you did, and use a completly different set of motor skills.

My grandma, for exemple, is unable to keep a fork and knife combo in the same hands for all meal long and pretty often has to swap their position to do one thing or another. Using a fork and a knife can be surpsringly hard if you're not used to it at all!

Throwing out an offer of acquisition on a meeting meant for establishing ties with the new CEO could instead irreparably damage the relationship and/or stop it from ever happening in the first place. Also, if such an event were to spread via word of mouth, it could in theory negatively impact Houjou Printing’s reputation going forward, by giving the impression that Houjou is more interested in expanding control than working with others.

Houjou is shrewd business person. Her company lost an important customer to what is now Reina's company. Instead of just trying to win the customer back she's trying to take over the whole company, eliminating a competitor in the process.
It would take a huge load off Reina's back! Then again, would that be betraying her father's memory? What will the old employees say?
