We here are only really as updated as the uploaded chapters. However, in a love triangle standpoint, seems like the whole premise will be Reina falling in love with both Izumi and Ishizumi where she can't choose as both have been supportive to her... Then again, it ain't really a true love triangle ain't it? Just in Reina's mind, it is. Lol.

Yeah Izumi and Ishizum is the same person.
