Missing girls love tag, apparently there is a canon lesbian couple in the end, but in the beginning there was a 'one sided crush' which I think would qualify (and have seen in some yuri one shots where it's a 'tragedy' b/c they get rejected) anyways even if the romance isn't the main focus

The number of plot twists is insane. Just when you think you’re finally onto something, the author turns everything upside down. Def one of the best manga series I’ve ever read. Characters are so well written—despite her memory loss, Kurumi goes through some incredible personal changes which are beautifully tied into the narrative. Sayaka is pretty amazing to with her unbound devotion to Kurumi. Her sacrifice causes me goosebumps every time I think about it too deeply. The series doesn’t loose it pace and grip till the very end. The ending also doesn’t disappoint and only further promotes this bitter sweet aftertaste.
