Damn right
@Electroyume! It's like he never has a moment of truce whenever he deals with the Tooth-ers (I am using your coinage
@Send_in_the_Killer_Clowns), but kind of understandable when the Tooth-ers just see the familiars as tools and the humans as livestock.
In regards to the Miwako thing, could it really be that Miwako is the source of the Tooth-ers
@Send_in_the_Killer_Clowns? This second Tooth-er didn't really recognize Miwako as a superior or a master (hierarchy-wise), she just knew of her existence plus she didn't seem concerned or aware that Miwako was the source of the Tooth-ers. At least to me, I believe that Miwako is one of the Tooth-ers closest to the source or the source itself, but there's a bit of info said by Miwako which is confusing or pretty vague, that being: "(...)
The me who is the original...", why didn't she outright say "I am the original"? Just a strange way of speech? Is there more to it, like, could it mean there are multiple Miwako's? Or there are either people that are more like her or closer to her level? Or is she referring to the other Tooth-ers (2-gen and 3-gen Tooth-ers) as mere extensions/reflexions of her, that seemingly can act on their own unbeknownst to themselves?. Finally, she (Miwako) is not necessarily the one who is spreading the Tooth-er condition first-hand, plus from what we've seen of this second Tooth-er she was really weak, so she might have been some third-generation Tooth-er. I say this since apparently her gains (sturdiness, strength and speed) were lesser in comparison to Miwako's probably due to her blood being diluted and getting farther and farther away from the source (i.e "dirty hand-me-downs teeth" or 1/2 Tooth-er, then 1/4 Tooth-er and so on). Lastly, what was that talk of infection from Miwako to the second Tooth-er?
