It does feel like a prologue to a potential spin-off with Inuzuka, his college life and his turn at getting involved in romance. But I don't think there'll be a continuation to this, next side story if any is most likely to be about someone else. Honestly I'm still a bit disappointed the whole thing with Inuzuka and Isana turned out to be a red herring for those seeking side ships in the main story. I guess the mangaka just doesn't like writing about romance all that much.

Hmm, I kind of figured that the pairings-off in the final chapter were hints. So Izumi and Shikimori, Nekozaki and Kamiya, Hachimitsu and Saruogi, and Inuzuka and Isana-san. But probably that was just me crackshipping.
