Why do many of these manga remind so much of dorama, or at least youth dramedy? I have not read a lot of josei manga or non-moe seinen, but it is still very strange for me to see such a quasi-television style.

@laiseran basically in chapter 67 after they first start dating ran tries to initiate sex before noting that shio is uncomfortable and telling her that they'll "move slowly", she agrees, takes a nap and when she wakes up he begins having sex with her immediately. There's a panel where she looks conflicted and thinks "this isn't slow" before proceeding and the whole scene is genuinely uncomfortable in the same vein as Linda and Shoko's sex scene
