Which is probably something the Demon knows. Ares himself though is delusional, and still clueless about it. He still believes Ruti can be his and will come back to him, even when she was never his to begin with. He was a disgusting bastard to begin with, and at this point he's just that Demon's sock puppet. And he's gonna deserve every bit of what Red, Ruti, and Lit probably have in store for him.
