I wasn't expecting the "HERE'S A PRIEST, BUT HE IS BOTH SUSPICIOUS AND NOT OF OUR MC AND THEN HERE'S A NEW CHARACTER AND SHE NEUTRALIZED THE MC'S MAGIC AND THEN AN ENTIRE ARMY OF SENTIENT TOOLS ATTACK AND AND AND!!!", it would have been one thing if it was just "the mc is getting thrown around"
