As for the 4 onee-sans... page 11 implies something about their true selves, in the order they appeared , I think it's demon > beastwoman > oni > elf

Gonna check if there's a novel and more raw chapters of this to confirm for myself

Some checking done, there's actually a chapter 0 in raws, but it's just a few pages , but it does just give a bit more background info.

@mikoreimu both the light novel artist (pyon-kti) and the manga artist draw hentai. the manga artist in particular seem to draw a lot of shotacon (just from a look at their twitter), which makes sense I guess that they would be picked for this
