So for some reason the curse is powered by moonlight somewhat. Although unless everybody is using some kind of lunar calendar the moon wouldn't necessarily be a new moon the first day of every month like clockwork. Then again it's a story so it can be written so. It's pretty funny that the two who actually said they wanted to go lost at Jankenpon (basically rock, paper and scissors) and the two who didn't won. His reaction to Kaflan village is odd, wonder if it's his home village. Surprised he's only 12 years old, he'll probably get really strong once he hits his next growth spurt. Although after all the hell of wars, betrayal, and loneliness it's surprising he's still so positive.
