Okay, this is just dumb. A few arrows, even many, set the entire fort on fire? Aside from how poorly fire arrows work in the first place, setting things on fire is hard. Thatch roofs could maybe be set on fire a bit easier (still hard), but wooden ones, nope. And even if it's really that easy, they should be prepared to deal with that.
