Valor: So you're not taking that mask off, are you?
MC: This is the way.
We sir have gone from "Lawrence of Arabia" to "The Thick of It" and now Kai must survive the imminent mudslinging and earn the favor of the opposition party's grandest pair of tits to push forward his agenda of liberating the vast tracts of land one of his beloved belongs to in order to fulfill the dying wish of the man he owed his life to.Honestly I don't know what's been happening in the story from at least 30 chapters ago and I'm just enjoying the booba
I also came for the story but stayed for the booba ... I mean, I can still follow the story but really enjoy the PLOT.Honestly I don't know what's been happening in the story from at least 30 chapters or so and I'm just enjoying the booba
What about last arc? The few things I remember of this story is thatWe sir have gone from "Lawrence of Arabia" to "The Thick of It" and now Kai must survive the imminent mudslinging and earn the favor of the opposition party's grandest pair of tits to push forward his agenda of liberating the vast tracts of land one of his beloved belongs to in order to fulfill the dying wish of the man he owed his life to.
Read chapter 4, page 43-45.It will be especially interesting to see that moment when Kai's prestige stands on his own and he no longer needs to rely on Grey's name to get things done.
Last Arc was Centered on a Civil War between Nomadic People & the Queen of the Oasis. What about last arc? The few things I remember of this story is that
1. he got two queens then dipped.
2. saved a mermaid village(?)
3. Saved another village on a snowy mountain
And that's pretty much it, the plot is just as ticc as those boobas.
Yeah, but I wouldn't be surprised if they do start giving Kai his own accolades, even if in secret. Mind, that was something established over six to seven years ago, it wouldn't be surprising if they retcon it. Especially something like that seeing as how the passage you referred to spoke of a chronicle which in most cases is a secondary source and from the phrasing it does seem like his story has devolved into the realm of myth, meaning Kai might have just been a low ranking official in the grand scheme of things or his escapades did not survive the test of time.Read chapter 4, page 43-45.
In short ... well its short, Grey will be a legend and the story of his life was told by his friend Kai, someone there are no records. Interesting it also says Kai wore a mask but Grey is the masked one so far.
did you miss all the parts in this manga where between the fight scenes its political intrigue?Ah yes lets see, after an arc about civil war let's do an arc about erm let's see - ah yes of course!
An arc about civil unrest!
Off you go lads!
given the size of her breasts, im gonna assume shes either also a nectar wielding woman or a spy from the enemy nation thats on a long term mission to destabilize the kingdom by slowly creating civil unrest against the monarchy. This arc is going a tad too slow. Like, I know the whole process of bringing Kai in as a criminal isn't something you do in a single day, what with all the legal processes and all the other annoying things that precede a trial, but still. Definitely doesn't help that we're being conditioned to not like Doris Valor either. Wonder how this will play out.
