Harold and Yona already have enough obstacles to overcome in their relationship. Is this sister really necessary?

Also I'm reminded of a number of times a character like her would barge in destroying the wall, window, or door, yet they are never made to pay for the damages. Thankfully that doesn't seem to be the case this time.
