When I watched the anime and saw Rick had another prodigy senpai who seemed to be a dragon, I almost thought it was the dragon he killed before but then noticed it's a different dragon. Great to finally meet Georg in this chapter. Hopefully we get to see more of him and how powerful he is.

Unless Lynette has the ability to dragonify and didn't show it yet (which is what I thought at some point), that dragon was the one shown in the first chapter.

edit, I do understand some of the hate that they catch, but sometimes, the author is full of cap and needs an editor to smack call them on it.

Saying this would work in the west, but manga and LN author barely have any time between chapter. There's a reson why so many of them die so young.

I don't think this chapter is as random as some people are saying. After every arc we have a little transition chapter - after the E-rank exam it was Lolotto coming over and seeing their castle, and after the Fist King's tournament it was Angelica training. I think maybe what doesn't help it here is that there were two transitions. We had the mini arc exploring Lynette's past, and this as well. In ch52 when they're leaving the academy they do mention that they'll need to check in with Reinhardt. So there's set-up/precedent (imo)... although having said that, I was really confused when I started reading this chapter because of the random B-rank adventurer, lol.
