To be fair, it's sort of like Naruto's super rasengan that he got later on. Sure it'll obliterate the enemy, but it'll also obliterate you. That's why, like Blowstone said in one of the earlier chapters (I'm not going back to find it, you can't make me), he said they had banned the skill. I'm assuming it'll come up later in the series (I've only read the chapters I've translated btw), but for your everyday stuff...
