Worse, your life-expectancy statistics are distorted by discounting infant mortality. Only one nation in the world begins counting from birth. Every European nation starts later, one not counting any deaths in the first year.

get out of your basement good sanitarian law doesn't exist in every country let alone enforced and in several countries there is a precedence against it. Look up what happened to Wang Lan a lady who helped an elderly lady who got injured then got sued by her, and the court ruled if she wasn't partly or entirely responsible for the injury she wouldn't of helped. That ruling ruined any resemblence of being samaritan forever in China and I doubt its the only country.
