@Abetillo True. Like my quesadilla style pizzas (probably closer to calzones I guess). Or English muffin pizzas. The little tortilla circle pizzas in a muffin pan (someone threw out the cutter I made to get perfectly sized circles, haven't made a new one yet, it was made from a can that was just right for that specific pan). I'm kind of fixated on pizza right now as you can probably tell. But yeah, even with those quick and easy versions, the frozen one just requires less attention to deal with. Preheat oven, slide pizza in, wait for the timer.
Most of my kitchen creativity happens when I try to turn other quick and lazy meals slightly better with some very basic editing. Like adding leftovers from taco night into something like Pasta Roni. That was way better than it had any right to be. I'm just not interested enough in cooking for myself to apply more effort than that most days.
