Wondering why she cooked the pizza first on a frying pan. I have seen a pizza cooked completely on one by someone that did not realize there was no oven or microwave, but it was one of those from a store, which all come pre-cooked, and it was done at very low heat to stop the dough from burning before the cheese melted.
Apart from that i cannot recommend at all cooking a pizza on the grill of a home oven, as that will mean that the fat or oil will drop (sometimes through the dough) to the bottom of the oven and burn there, even more with bought ones. I have seen enough burnt round-shaped marks on the bottom of the oven that no one checks because most people only wash the trays, which is another reason this way is so popular, as it makes it seem that the oven is dirtied less.
EDIT: I know now why. If not cooking it first, the dough and the rest will fall a bit between the bars of the grill. Good they are putting a tray below the grill.
