I love this manga but sometimes it makes me cringe at the cooking techniques used. For example, searing BEFORE sous vide, and pouring oil over fries and then bringing up to temperature. Please guys, don't try this unless you want meat with no outer crust or greasy af fries.
Most of the other recipes sound delicious. Please do your research before you decide to try them, though.

This is really cute.

I often find cooking mange like this a little weird though, because who really has all those specialty tools in their home kitchen. Am I really supposed to believe that she just happens to own a raclette cheese melter?

I mean, my family also owns one, tho not the really big one, so it is definitely possible. Plus since she has been interested in cooking for a long time, i can imagine getting a bunch of weird stuff usable for only one dish, just because you want to try it out.
