That sucks massively. I don't think anybody whose series got taken down is gonna continue uploading them to MD, but if so then where should I start looking for to find new chapter translations? Not for this manga in specific but just in general

Use Tachi Manga, you can use repos to look through a bunch of translation sites at once for manga. It's an app for your phone should be on iphone and android, after you download it look up "Tachi Manga Repository" And you'll find some github links for some the biggest one and the one i use is call Keiyoushi.
