From what we can understand MC original self in the game died of neglect, the noble family probably fired or executed all their workers for letting a noble child die, so they focused on the villainess and made her a proud child that thought to be the center of the world, and from there a villainess.
It doesn't seems like she is his reincarnated sister, but the part where MC healed in a night after getting hugged form her and the sparks make me thing of healing magic or healing cheat, that would fit with a character that died after a life of suffering, why the memory loss? To not make it too easy.
The "colorless" part likely means someone that can't use magic or doesn't have a attribute, in this isekai a albino, the usual cliche of being only able to use magic without a element that is usually super weak but only a reincarnator can think of ways to use it.
MC have to use his memory of the game routes to avoid the sister being involved in them, changing her character into lovable lady doesn't seems too hard.
That means there will be some world force that makes them inevitably go towards the events and MC wil lhave to protect her.
This was a pretty good first chapter, with a good explanation instea dof the usual rushed job.
