side note, i always see everyone talking about therapy but never actually going. take "gaslighting" for instance; when it was first used, it seemed like everyone using it was going to therapy, except later on i learned that it's not a word used in therapy (or fit to be used in therapy, even by the patient), and people were just using it in conjunction with pop psychology to sound like they had gone.
