Oh god no, it's the "Buying a present for a friend, but it's really for you " Trope which is a Harem specialty. It's so weird seeing the exact same scene played out almost word for word over and over. I know that's what Tropes are but there are so many manga that try and subvert the expected or do something new, that I can't just happily drink down the Filler anymore.

Here's the saddest thing, if people are okay with these repeating Tropes to this extent, how long until we just have AI writing and drawing all our stories. That's the weird thought I keep having, seeing this mish mash of old tropes in a fresh coat of paint has a new perspective in 2023, I keep thinking "An AI could of wrote this"

Rinka honestly sucks, she knows what she is doing is so wrong to her "friend" but continues to do so. She needs to get checked, and I hope it happens this next chapter.

Mean, maybe it depends on your culture but holding hands with a friend that is scared is really not that weird. The "love hand holding" is more having your fingers between each other.
If this triggers you, you are definitely the jealous type.
