to clarify the roadmap i'm doing with the manga right now, it looks a little like this
-get up to date and reach ch40/41/42/43/whatever it is at the time (<--- we are here)
-then, update the volume 4 chapters to feature the higher quality pages from the volume release & whatever miscellaneous changes the authors might have made
-then, do a small quality pass on chapters 34, 35 (mostly just to fix chamaru's speech patterns since i wrote him kinda poorly previously. in this chapter i wrote him much more like a hillbilly, a lot closer to how he sounds in japanese, whereas in ch35 right now he sounds exactly like the gals do which is stupid)
-then, do the volume 4 extras

don't have any other chapters besides ch36 to offer right now, i'll get to it though. once again we are out of the forest and out of the tunnel and out of the frying pan but definitely not IN to the fire. the only thing we are "IN" is "LOCKED"

Full disclosure, I came up with "Villa Immolata" after seeing 離宮 meant "imperial villa" and remembering Villa Aurora from Critical Role Campaign 4...

manga is based on the youtube channel.
youtube channel is an episodic skit comedy (for the most part, there are episodes with actual storylines), and the manga adapts the same characters but with unique skits/episodes. should go without saying but this tea ceremony arc is completely unique to the manga, as are most other chapters
