Anyway, MC should be able to do what parallel dimension and future sight JK do all on his own if his power was to actually become "light".

In the anime yamikawa arc hikaru legit ran all the way to the moon in seconds, can search people by emitting light pulses and in the time travel arc he gained "mass" as a second ability so he has already got power ups.

ehh that would be maybe kind of true if we had official english translations/captions for the webseries, but we don't. and even if we did, i don't believe EVERYONE would be watching them, like maybe a solid 40% of the manga readers would also watch the webseries at that point. alas.
the fansubs are very good for what they're worth though, it's just that we do see view counts on the fansub videos and by cross referencing that with mangadex/reddit numbers i can tell the viewership is unfortunately less than 1% right now, no matter how much i push for it. reality is a rather sad mistress

God, I love that arc so much. Previously when Hikaru is stuck in a world without power Yamikawa told Hikaru his presence is calming like the moon, whereas during dragon ball arc Yamikawa put her "love" Within the moon.
