There is only a certain amount of anime I watch dub, and Code Geass is one of them.

Well, normal manga got digital releases earlier, even so last decade there were people I know who still scanned regular manga. It is a different story for doujinshi (hentai or not) since until the pandemic there were works you could only find in conventions (and rarely on specialised bookstores).

Anyway, yeah, I have not watch Baccano... I think I had planned to watch it after im done with lots of classic movies, Black Lagoon, and Gunslinger Girl but it seems that I forgot about after that. It is one of the reason im into guns, tanks somehow and military stuff... reminded me that thread I made.

A bit true on that, but I think mostly today are on digital releases whether its doujin or not, but for scanned I believe it is for Shonen Weekly Magazine, because I think Jump decided to hold all the digital release until the physical are out. cmiiw

That's why I mentioned the pandemic as the turning point, since they had to hold a Comiket online and pretty much the same with other ones such as Comittia. For certain magazines and some manga sites there's an important distinction: some of them offer a web format read but they don't release e-books (or similar formats) and the only unified form is the physical volume (tankoubon). Basically they don't allow to download them but you can read while logged in the site.
About hentai manga/doujinshi, bookstores such as Toranoana and Melonbooks filled their catalogue with digital releases in less than a year as they saw Fanbox and similar gaining a lot of popularity.

I... dont like the dub on those... but i like the dub on highschool dead though, bery funny, but I entirely agree dub is shit unless the material took outside of Japan. And im adding to the list Soremachi, I think he hasnt watch it either.

i remember swapping through dub/sub when i first started watching it. i eventually ended up going with dub (as i'd heard it was good, and it sounded good), but i wouldn't say it's superior to the sub, especially not like Cowboy Bebop or Ghost Stories
