puberty can sets in on average at 12 and ends at 18 but can start as early as 9 or end after 21. its during the puberty that the brain begins the production of hormones to facilitate reproduction but before those reached the necessary soft cap even viagra wouldn't help
in our modern world on average females gain the ability around 12-13 years old and males somewhere around 13-14 years of age but depending on outward influences it can be much much sooner or later
