Well this mean the heavenly being truly succeed colonize the earth. They even live the same as they were before moving, intelegent and wise being. I do wonder if they can control their reproduce better or are they gonna repeat the same tragedy that happen in their original planet.

Yep, the entire premise is pretty much an extension of what we saw briefly at the start of the Katastrophe and the bad ending of that arc. Here it's even clearer with our first glimpse of the aliens back to their civilized selves.
