Show when a chapter is updated by a group even if the group put a delay on the chapter.

I find it pretty annoying that whenever a chapter of a manga comes out and some group i won't name decide to put a 14 days delay on the chapter, you won't know it's been translated and is out there unless you check the group website or the group page on Mangadex, or by checking the manga page.
It would be way better if it showed you that a chapter you follow comes out on your follow page but you still have to go on the scanlation website.
