guy, if i remember right, you can choose 1 of 7 heroes at the begiining right? So the thing is that all 7 of them can be the main character or just 1 of them. This is why i got confused. The setup for the story is nice but the plot till now there are no information about the other 6 . This story could have been so good but got Axe-kun . Shame

the way he succeed in min-maxing is also quite ridiculous involving manipulating game event and increasing favor with the new dlc girl
since he also finally found out mana is the main character and the isekaid high-school girl, he can even begin manipulating the game event since the event only progress if mana is in the event location

Read Chapter 1 and watch her behavior now that you have hindsight. Even if you ignore the bonus chapter at the end as non-canon, she still knows too much, and she's too excited. This is the definition of a plot twist; when a new piece of information re-contextualizes what you've seen up until that point.

Now I wish we could've seen Rex and Mana geek out about the game together, that would've been an adorable sight. But indeed, aside from her mannerisms in chapter 1, there's also the fact that she has normal black hair and black eyes, like a regular Japanese person would. Just like Rex himself. I mean I know these characters were already in the game, but at the same time it's way too much to just be a coincidence.
