The problem is the writing gets confusing, Rossweisse wanted Leon to join her side when he was captured thats more that a bit odd ... the story says Dragons are very revenge driven and the whole "seal will kill her" simply strikes me as off considering it put her in heat as Leon presumed it would kill her.
