Looking at the quality of this adaptation, I doubt it lasts long. Basically just a glorified advertisement for the web novel.

In the original material she wasn't like this at all. She is just cold, but never lashes out at Leon or says hurtful stuff. She is very intelligent and talks seriously and plain, always trying to avoid showing emotion

It feels weird that the manga is trying to make you root for the MC when he is, in some weird way, a rapist. Is it just me? It feels weird to me for some reason. It's even more disconnected when he's portrayed as this "Im just a goofball teehee, I'll make you horny anytime I want" Like, what?

Both of them are. The ML and FL are two dickheads who are "rapey". The reason why it doesn't feel as bad is because neither of them has full power over the other and that they are both falling in love.
The story is both of them trying to conquer the other sometimes he wins and sometimes she wins.
Also the FL has done way worse things to him so I don't see the point of signaling out the ML in here.
Is he really a rapist? When he was dying he cast a curse on the dragon king that drunkenly came to torture him, not knowing it was actually a love-pact spell that ended putting her on heat. I don't think he could resist having sex with her at that moment, he literally was on his last breath. I would say he was the one that got raped but just accepted it as a win to spite her before dying.
In a TON of chapters from now, he is the one that will get raped with the same spell. Rossweisse makes him drink her blood and casts the love spell so they have a very lovely and passionate night. Rossweisse gets pregnant again from this due to getting unconscious for some days and being unable to apply the contraceptive cleaning magic. When she learns that she is pregnant she freaks out because she fears getting alone again during her pregnancy. She blames Leon from doing the love spell first and he answers that he would be dead if he wouldn't have, but he will be by her side this time.

Sounds like a date rape curse. Yes, he raped her. Yes, it saved his life. Yes, this is a fictional setting where dragons must marry whoever they lose their chastity to apparently.
Didn't they say the dragon mark was invalidated in the last chapter? I guess it was temporary.

It pisses me off how stereotypical shitty Manhua protag he is, he’s so full of himself and weird to others and it’s genuinely annoying to read.
I don’t expect him to just perfectly accept things, especially given the history, but like— take a hint and stop acting like a kid with his weird pranks. I wish they’d just talk like adults more and also have him properly take care of his kids in a way that doesn’t feel like he’s pretending.
It’s difficult as I know that in reality in this situation you’d not be happy with it, but it just feels like he’s so childish about the whole situation rather then even taking it negatively in a real way either.

When you put it like the whole thing with the curse sounds unbelievably stupid. I guess it is just a slop manga that you're supposed to laugh at the pervy MC and the big tatas.
Oh totally, I'm just using him as an example because the story follows him more than the FL. Still, the whole thing seems oddly paced. It's weird to explain.
How is the MC the rapist?
He did what he thought was a curse that would make her suffer endless pain. Not that she would get horny and attack him.
And after he spent years in coma, it was her that attacked him AGAIN and put the horny tatoo on him and it's mostly her using it to make him have sex against his will.

What exactly do you expect him to do? He can't even off himself, he's bound by the kids. Should he come to some mutually satisfactory arrangement with the dragon whom he perceives as his archenemy, and the feeling is mutual? What do you think such an arrangement can be, given that, see above, they're forced into cohabitation for having the kids?
