Based on what we've heard and been told about "eternity", I wonder if Hikari is trying to become god by destroying all her fellow angels. Bruh. Destroying civilization and turning into a "god" are completely different things. They even had a conversation previous chapters about how insignificant Earth is, so it's safe to assume being a god is someone that's at least a galaxy-level being, nevermind the creator of at least one universe.
