Okay, I’m pissed. Alejandro maybe a little bit obsessed with Ibelina, so the separation will most likely make him understand that if she loves her, then he has to give her space. But my problem here is with Ibelina. She isn’t even trying to sympathize with Alejandro, like, the reason he fell in love was because he wasn’t treated like a monster, so of course he would prefer Ibelina. I’m so annoyed at her, claiming that it is for Alejandro’s best interests in mind, when it’s just scraping from a reality that it’s NOT going to happen.

however! Ibelina being released from the duke's house is actually a perfect storyline improvement. Since, in any way, Ibelina can work her ass off so to have a higher position than a commoner, like promoted as a noblewoman (even if it's just a baron position). That will be a good advantage for both of them, since a duke marrying a baron will not be questioned much more by the other noble people compared with duke marrying a maid, and Alejandro & Ibelina can fall in love openly after that.
