Last person is either the rat or the dragon for sure. We know from the title that there's probably only 12 zodiac girls so one of the 12 is probably a dude since the cat girl counts as 1(is part of the myth even if she didn't win/participate in the race). That means that either that dude is the rat(since we don't know who it is but we know it's gonna be very sneaky so it would probably want to hide in plain sight) or the dragon(who from what we saw of it looks very similar to a dude)
