About URAN's gender, I think there is 2 different mangakas that use the name "URAN", and they have different drawing styles.

one is male, full circle name: "Uran no Yakata"
he is the one who wrote "Mujaki no Rakuen" and "Skeeter Rabbit" as well as other lolicon manga and doujinshi

- It was too tame to be a loli fanservice ecchi series
- It had too much loli fanservice to be a serious competition manga

Lol this mangaka does Hentai with little girls, just so you know, and sometimes it's kinda hardcore.
Even though he isn't the worst scenarist, there's so much you can do with sexualizing little girls and get published to a day and age where lolicon and pedophilia hold little to no difference to the general public.

To be honest I'm even surprised this author even managed to get published by a non-H editor and found his way to Mangadex...
At this point the only thing I can think of for him is to get another pen name and stick as a artist for some author, because I've got bad news for him if he expects to make a long term living of drawing little girls with flutes stuck inside one of their orifices.
