I understand that mangadex might be more comfortable than sadpanda for the average reader, but is it worth it to have all that legally suspicious porn here ? Providing manga scans is already edging on how much copyright holders are willing to take down a website, now if you grab the attention of higher authorities without doing a convoluted login system like sadpanda (the whole point of that thing is to pretend "there is nothing here"), you're asking for trouble.
In the end, I will say the same thing as in any discord server : if you want to fap, there are better places. Decentralization is what makes the whole thing harder to take down.
